What the build provides

A role-aware frontend and backend for document creation, review, approval, publishing, search, acknowledgment, version history, and traceable activity.

Why this approach

The workflow is shaped around how teams create, approve, find, and maintain knowledge instead of forcing the process across shared folders, email, spreadsheets, and static files.
